About

Wordsworth Books has been trading for nearly 15 years and in that time we have grown to a group of 9 shops in the Western Cape. We are mad about books and everyone in the shop reads passionately and we pride ourselves on being able to recommend something for anyone. We stock a great range of books from the popular through to the quirky. If there is something you can't find on our shelves, we do our best to source it for you. We are very proud of our selection of South African books as we believe that some of the world's best publishing is done in South Africa. In addition to running really great shops, we are also involved in a number of book related events. We have taken part in both the Cape Town Book Fair and the Franschhoek Literary Festival from the beginning, and have had very positive feedback about our participation. We also host numerous events within our shops from signings to launches and book discussions. We host many reading circles and book clubs and enjoy recommending our best reads to the book clubs.
